Professional development presentations are designed to last one to two hours and include documentation available in electronic format. Professional development presentations can also be offered online for distance learning via downloadable slides, automated presentations, or video presentations.
Project ideas have been designed for both teacher technology usage and student technology project ideas. Short synopses are provided for six subject areas. Step-by-step assistance documents may be available for a project idea as well as sample teacher/student work. Technology tutorials and articles may provide new insight into effective technology integration practices, projects, or techniques. Such tutorials are written by our Techno Savvy Teacher technology experts based upon their various duties, project implementation, or professional input. Technology workshops allow for hands-on, guided instruction on technology projects that have been classroom tested, teacher and student approved. During these workshops our technology experts will discuss technology best practices while offering insight on project implementation. Several project ideas for basic, intermediate, and advanced computer users will be shared. |
